Whole Hog, Pasture & Woodland Raised

Whole Hogs are approximately 120 lbs of finished cuts, which includes:

• Bacon, Smoked & Cured: 14 packs, (approximately 1 lb per pack)

• Pork Chops: 1” thick, 18 packs, (2 chops per pack)

• Boston Butt (Shoulder) Roast: 4 packs, (approximately 3-4 lbs per pack)

• Fresh Ham: 2 pack, (approximately 3-4 lbs per pack)

• Tenderloin: 1 pack, (approximately 1 lb per pack)

• Sausage: 22 packs, (approximately 1 lb per pack)

• Ground Pork or Sausage: 20 packs, (approximately 1 lb per pack)

Available sausage flavors: breakfast sausage (mild, medium, hot, extra hot), extra sage sausage, chorizo, Italian sausage (mild, sweet, spicy)

This is a non-refundable purchase of a whole pig. Our whole and half hog butchering program runs year-round, as long as we have availability. Whole and half animals will be distributed in the order received.  Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions or requests. Whole and half hogs will be distributed in a first come, first served manner. Wait time is generally 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
