Half Hogs are at least 60 lbs of finished cuts. Pork comes frozen and vacuum sealed. Half Hog shares include:
Bacon, Smoked & Cured: approximately 1 lb per packs
Pork Chops: 1” thick, 2 chops per pack
Boston Butt (Shoulder) Roast: approximately 3-4 lbs per pack
Fresh Ham: approximately 3-4 lbs per pack
Tenderloin: approximately 1 lb per pack
Sausage: approximately 1 lb per pack
Ground Pork or Sausage: approximately 1 lb per pack
Available sausage flavors: breakfast sausage (mild, medium, hot, extra hot), extra sage sausage, chorizo, Italian sausage (mild, sweet, spicy)
This is a non-refundable purchase of a half pig. Our whole and half hog butchering program runs year-round, as long as we have availability. Whole and half animals will be distributed in the order received. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions or requests. Whole and half hogs will be distributed in a first come, first served manner. Wait time is generally 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
